XP is eXtra Problems

To revisit my love/hate relationship with my machines, I think I'll take XP Home off the PC and install XP Pro for a little added functionality and security.
Right!!

Great idea...now my sound card isn't recognized at all. I've installed every driver, run every test, and smacked every piece of hardware I could think of! This is driving me nuts--at least you'll know why if I go over the edge.

Looks like I know what I'll be working on for a while...

My Son Caught the Sun!!

Gabriel and I worked on this sun-catching set...it was fun, and we got some good shots--despite the lag in digital photo shutter speed with the rear curtain sync on to allow the shutter to remain open for a bit before the flash and close.Thanks for looking!
